Lawton's description of the table:

".....It turned out better than I hoped. Unfortunately, I can't take all the credit. The arm is a Dynavector 505, completely re-wired and reconditioned. It is mounted with the Orsonic head shell and a Denon DL 103, also modified by removing the stock shell and replaced with a carbon shell. The plinth is made of 6 layers of solid birch and veneered in Kavazinga wood, which is then polished to the finish you see. I had the plinth made by a friend of mine in Italy, and the 505 was re-conditioned also by another friend....The clamp is 600g and made of carbon block."
